Corporate Trainer
Must possess excellent writing skills, critical thinking skills, and group facilitation skills, as well as have experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical/medical device industries. Medical background may also be helpful. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of a wide range of documents, including those written as part of cGMP manufacturing, clinical, development/CMC/regulatory. Must be ethical, conscientious, with demonstrated superior skills in all required areas, including interpersonal skills.

Reviewer/Writer-Editor/Coach
Responsible for reviewing, assessing and providing written and verbal feedback and coaching on technical and/or scientific documents submitted by clients of Working Words. On occasion, may be asked to customize existing programs and materials for new clients, as well as edit/revise existing programs and materials. May also be involved in instructional design of proposed new programs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Review, analyze and provide written assessments of pharmaceutical investigation reports, development and regulatory writing documents, and/or clinical protocols and study reports submitted by participants in Working Words’ programs.
- Customize existing program pieces (e-lessons, participant binders, handouts, assessment forms) to the needs of individual clients.
- Edit and/or revise existing programs (e-lessons, participants binders, handouts, assessment forms) as needed.
- Research and develop course content and course materials for proposed new programs.
Requirements
- Must consistently exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have experience in QA, QC, laboratory or manufacturing in a cGXP environment, clinical, development, CMC/regulatory.
- Must be able to analyze and critique scientific/technical documentation.
- Must consistently provide clear, concise, grammatically correct written and verbal feedback to clients.
- Must be tactful, positive and supportive in giving feedback to clients.
- Must have high ethical standards and appropriate professional image.

Sales/New Business Development
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities and forge new relationships through interaction with key personnel at targeted major pharmaceutical, biotechnology and drug delivery companies.
- Develop customized proposals for customers based on their objectives and budget parameters, while honoring company’s commitment to quality and integrity.
- Negotiate and close contracts.
- Travel as needed.
Requirements
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical/medical device industries.
- Ability to network to create new business opportunities with targeted pharmaceutical clients.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present to clients.
- Initial work will be paid on commission basis, and will involve telephone calls, some on-site meetings, and some proposal writing.
- Must have high ethical standards and professionalism.
